Just felt I had to say how much I have enjoyed the Online Live classes this week and how impressive your skills are. You are challenging us all the time and your precision regarding explanations re technique is superb, not to mention the variety you introduce and the lovely atmosphere you always create. I have said it before but I must repeat - you are a lifesaver!
As a recently retired 64 y old health professional with a very active lifestyle I decided to give 1:1 Pilates a try to maximise bone health .
I have been really delighted to find that Pilates has given me greater strength, stability ,flexibility and improved posture. As an unintended consequence so many everyday tasks have become easier; I ascend and descend stairs without effort with no need to lean or hold a handrail and, for the first time in my life, I find I can touch my toes!
Being stronger and feeling safer has significantly improved my wellbeing overall.
